A very large area CCD chip with 4096 x 2048, 13.5 mm pixels; Xcam is the only manufacturer offering this chip in a standard camera head.
Xcam specialises in producing camera heads with large area CCDs such as e2v technologies 42-90 chip, with a very large area of 61 x 30mm in the 600 series head.
